This will be run like a hybrid class: expect a guided (but not group) general warmup, a guided barbell warmup, and focused technique work on different aspects of the lifts - Snatch, Clean, & Jerk. You ill not work to any max lifts - this is pure technical and accessory work. This is the perfect class to improve your technique for CrossFit as a new weightlifter.
