Treat those tweaks and sticky spots early and often to prevent injury. Become a Supple Leopard by hitting up one of our targeted mobility classes. You will spend some time at the mouth of the pain cave working out those tight hips, glutes, hamies and quads before some work on those oh so important shoulders. After 45 minutes of general maintenance your instructor will test your active mobility in the position of the week and prescribe some auxiliary work just for you.
