open gym

This is flex time. If you want to get in extra strength or skill work before or after a Class this is how to do it. We aren't talking about a cash-out set of ring dips - and open gym isn't necessary for short accessory pieces or those of you who like longer warm-ups. Open gym is for those who want to do their own programming, or get a full olympic session in a couple times a week. Want to bench every week but don't see it on the schedule? Sign-up here.

This is unstructured time, but a coach will be available to assist and regular gym rules (especially regarding safety, scaling etc.) still apply.
