weightlifting Team Training

This Weightlifting class is a coached Group lifting session. During this class you are expected to follow Weightlifting programming for the day (Snatch, Clean & Jerk + Accessory exercises) under the supervision of a Coach. If you do not follow a specific weightlifting program, programming for the day will be assigned to you. Unlike our Technique class on Sundays, there is no restriction on loading or volume and it is not meant to integrate with our CrossFit programming. This is dedicated time to workout with other weightlifters in a coached environment and experience the camaraderie of success and challenge of failure under the barbell. You will be advised NOT to participate in a CrossFit class on the same day.
