Weightlifting Camp

Weightlifting Camp is a 3 day intensive program designed to refine athlete skills in the Snatch, Clean, & Jerk. Expect intense sessions focused on the main lifts, assistance and accessory exercises. This course3 is not designed to teach the lifts but rather to improve technique, problem solve, and provide individual skills & drills.

In order to attend this camp you must have been practicing the olympic lifts for at least 2 months and have a known, current, max in all 3 lifts.
