Balance Fitness

You can attend any of these classes with little not no fitness experience. That isn't to say they are entry level, but rather we can easily adapt the class to your specific fitness level. Read the class descriptions to see how each class is a unique, targeted approach to establishing BALANCE in your life, fitness, and training.

Strength Biased Interval Training. This class is focused on building lean, strong muscles, improving joint function, and increasing functional range of motion.

This class is a Vinyasa based practice which means we break up our powerful standing sequences with vigorous and fiery flow linked to breath.

A Yin Yoga Class. Expect a slow moving class with long held postures done on the floor or at the wall. Each pose is often supported by props for deeper release and can be held anywhere from 2-10 minutes.
